A Singapore-based FX Broker operating across Asia sought to replicate the Ant Financial model—transitioning from a single-line FX trading business into a multi-layered digital financial services ecosystem.

Unlike Ant Group, which grew from e-commerce roots into finance, this firm aimed to expand from finance outward—layering digital payments, credit, wealth, and embedded ecosystem capabilities over its trading foundation. The ambition was to become a super-app platform combining trading, payments, lending, and wealth services powered by data, APIs, and AI-driven insights.

However, major gaps existed:
