Challenge
An APAC universal bank faced widespread capability and performance gaps across multiple business units, with particular weaknesses in digital fluency, cross-functional collaboration, and data literacy. Leadership recognised that fragmented learning programs and siloed development initiatives were preventing the bank from achieving its strategic goal to “Disrupt through Digital.”
The challenge was to design and implement an enterprise-level capability uplift program that would unify learning, performance, and transformation under a single global framework. The initiative had to be data-driven, measurable, and embedded into daily business operations — linking talent development directly to strategic execution.

Solution
Harmonic Strategy was appointed as Transformation Strategy Lead Consultant, designing a new Enterprise Capability Framework that integrated People, Process, and Platform dimensions into a cohesive operating model for transformation and capability uplift.
1. Enterprise Capability Framework Design
Architected a multi-layered capability framework mapping the bank’s transformation strategy to tangible skill and process development goals.
Defined capability pillars around People (skills, leadership, culture), Process (efficiency, agility, compliance), and Platform (data, digital, technology).
